Account Deletion Process

To delete your account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Delete Your Data Through the App

To delete your data permanently:

1. Access the "Settings" section in the app.
2. Click on the "Delete Account" option.
3. Follow the instructions to confirm the account deletion.

Notice: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Step 2: Additional Storage Period

After deleting the account in the app, please note that we may retain certain data for an additional period for legal and audit reasons. These data will not be accessible to you and will be securely stored. After this retention period, they will be permanently deleted.
